This Warranty is valid and applies only when MAXIM LED products are properly utilized for their intended purpose as provided in the product specifications, and are properly wired and installed in accordance with the product specifications, product installation instructions, all applicable building codes, the latest National Electrical Code (NEC), and all applicable UL safety standards. This Warranty applies only to the original installation of our products by the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

The warranty period begins on the date of original shipment. If a product is replaced or repaired under this Warranty, the period does not start over. Instead, the warranty period for the replacement product will maintain the warranty period of the original product. Please refer to the product specifications at www.lednexlite.com for the warranty period applicable to each product. Where a period is not stated, the warranty period is one (1) year.

MAXIM LED makes absolutely no warranties other than those set forth in this Warranty, and this Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly required under applicable law. MAXIM LED shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the use of our products or for any other indirect damages, including, but not limited to, lost or anticipated revenues or profits, loss of property, damage to property, personal injury, injury to reputation and/or loss of customers. Our sole liability with respect to defects, at our sole option, is for replacement, repair or refund of the defective product. The LED lighting industry is a quickly evolving business and we are always improving our products as technology advances. In the event that a product, or any of its parts or components, has changed or been updated, MAXIM LED reserves the right to repair with new components, or replace with a similar/comparable item in its sole discretion. Any refund will not exceed the original cost paid by the purchaser for the defective product. MAXIM LED’s liability shall be strictly limited to the total amounts paid for the defective products to MAXIM LED by the original purchaser.

Every lighting technology has some amount of gradual light degradation (output and/or color) over the life of the product, which is to be expected. MAXIM LED utilizes advanced design and manufacturing techniques to minimize this degradation, but some level of light degradation or a slight color shift is a normal part of the life span of any light source. In the event MAXIM LED replaces a product under this Warranty, we can’t guarantee that the color or light output of the new product will exactly match previously purchased and/or existing installed product, and we can’t be held responsible for this.

Our Warranty does not apply to any of the following situations:

  • Products that have been physically damaged or which have been subjected to abuse, mishandling, misapplication, or misuse;
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper configuration, design and/or layout;
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper installation;
  • Products that have been opened, disassembled or tampered with;
  • Products that have been used in inappropriate environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, moisture, etc.) or locations outside the normal specified range;
  • Products that have been used in connection with any power supplies, drivers, components, devices or systems other than those explicitly approved as compatible with our products and listed on our website;
  • Products that have been damaged due to electrical power surges and/or spikes;
  • Products that have been damaged by lightning, high winds, hail, flooding, tornado, fire or other acts of god;
  • Products that have been used in any manner, or for any purpose, that is inconsistent with our product specifications, as listed on www.lednexlite.com;
  • Products that have been modified, altered or repaired by the customer or installer. These products maintain their applicable certification (either UL, CE or ETL) after connector plugs have been trimmed as long as the products have been properly installed in accordance with national and local electrical codes.


MAXIM LED is liable for the Manufacture Warranty for 90 days. Manufacture warranty applies to the items as specified in the warranty statement.


All returns/exchanges are honored within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees unless the item is defective. All items must be returned undamaged and with the original packaging. On rare occasion, an item that is shipped with you may be damaged during transit. At MAXIM LED, our staff tries their best to package each shipment carefully. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Do not sign delivery receipts until all packages have been inspected. If you have received a wrong product or the product is not as described, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You must obtain a official RGA number prior to shipping the item back to us.

Manufacturer Defect

All defective items will be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement free of charge after defective item is shipped to us. After 30 days the product must be sent to us first, so we can make repairs. Our technicians will test the product to determine if it is defective. If defected, the buyer will either be refunded for the cost of goods or a replacement will be issued.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.  

In order to contract with lednexlite.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. lednexlite.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

(c) Payment Options 

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

(c) Stock and Backorders

Out-of-stock or discontinued items are indicated as such and are listed with an expected due-back date. Some items may be on backorder; expect extended shipping time on those products. Contact us if you want a shipping estimate for products that are on backorder. When you add a backordered product to your cart, you will be given an expected in-stock date for that product. If an expected in-stock date isn't available, we will email you with an expected shipping date for the product after your order is placed. After you place your order, we will email you if the product's expected in-stock date changes.

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card information is never stored anywhere on our premises or online server. Credit card information is transmitted securely using 256-bit encryption.

PayPal - Select "PayPal" on the order form. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and verified. You will not be able to modify your order once it has been submitted.

Electronic Funds Transfer - Email us for more information on Electronic Funds Transfer. There may be wire transfer fees when you place your order. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is received.

Purchase Orders - We only accept Purchase Orders ($100 merchandise minimum) after credit approval. Please e-mail PDF documents of your credit references, bank information to us; make sure "Order Status" is written in the subject line. If you would like to send purchase orders in a file format other than PDF, please e-mail us a request to do so.
